Rescue operations often take seconds. With our telematics application for emergency fleets, we support and relieve your operations centre and speed up operations with the latest technology. Mission data (geo-coordinate & mission text) are sent directly from the existing operations centre software to the corresponding vehicle in order to automatically start route guidance on the navigation device. No more wasted time entering destination information into the navigation device.
Our system can be adapted to the different conditions and requirements of the individual authorities and organizations with security tasks that fit seamlessly into the existing IT.
The rescue vehicles are equipped with a tracking and navigation system. This technical device (technology) transmits the current position, e.g. every 20 seconds via the mobile network to a communications server in the data centre of the operations centre. Here the data is synchronised via an interface to the central server of the control centre. The data can now be evaluated and displayed on a digital map in the operations centre. This procedure enables real-time functions in your emergency vehicles.
A secure mobile IP-VPN transmitted over the cellular network (GSM) is used for data transmission between the vehicle and the server. All data relating to the rescue operations are transmitted securely. The use of mobile radio network enables much shorter localisation intervals than with digital radio TETRA. Even for large-scale operations, the geodata of many of the units within a radio cell can be transmitted almost instantaneously.
Data protection regulations (storage of data) can be individually customised and configured for your emergency fleet as required.
Using keywords such as "heart attack" or "reanimation", which can be passed on via the system, allows the emergency services to immediately know what the issue is and can prepare accordingly.
The navigation system automatically activates route guidance without manual input. This saves valuable time and relieves the burden on the operations centre as well the paramedics in the emergency vehicles.
